Ok So last time I sent a bunch of links for leather work and braiding. Now you want to do say a flogger handle in leather braiding and you want to do that larger head at each end of the handle. That is a Turks head knot. I am sure it is easy once you figure it out, but a little confusing at first. Here are some links that may help out:
