Oh what a nice holiday I had down in North Carolina with muzhik. Although there were some BDSM events on the agenda we had decided to keep my visit at his place more vanilla and chill. We really played the tourists, it was really nice. This also means my best nondescript pics are all of a vanilla nature but hopefully you will enjoy them none the less. A couple of pics do have a kinky connotation!
Out of my 6 days there 2 were spent at the beach. I LOVE the ocean, nothing it more soothing in the world for me. See my porter carrying all our stuff he he.

muzhik made me discover sand crabs, yes these crabs are right beneath your feet by the water.
A walk in the marina made me envious of sailboat owners. This one has quite a sense of humor, wonder if he is also into bondage lol?
Not living by the ocean always turns me into a 4 year old when I really am at the beach. Here I am looking silly and here are some sea shells I brought back.
But there were 4 more days to fill. We had a museum day, a botanical garden day, a lazy shopping day. We seem to have a bad habit of getting out of the house relatively late in the morning so the tourist role play part is short. And one day was a TMG munch in a park with about 60 attendees. It was a lot of fun. One night was spent at Melequus (whom I stayed with in January) who was hosting a weekend long Playpalooza event. And one night we had an invite to a private play party at Miss Scarlet and whisper’s place. We also had a dinner invitation at my friend Nev‘s place for a great evening of food and chat.
I love the crate myrtle trees here, they are everywhere and so colorful. These pics are from the Raleigh Arboretum. The second pic is Muscadine grape with which a local sweet wine is made.
I have no idea why but we did not bring or put on any sunscreen when we went to the Arboretum. It was freaking HOT that day and I got a light sun burn. I had to take a pic and claimed it as “Working on my redneck tan line”. It is no longer there (evened it out at the beach thank god).
It is another world for me going to the south of the US, my being the ‘foreign’ Canadian girl as muzhik like to tease. Life is so different here and men are a weird mix of both southern proper charm and grittiness. Even the trucks have balls! lol.
It was a wonderful vacation, if not very busy. No rest for the wicked, right? Return to reality and routine has been more then hard. I want to go back to the beach with my boy now!
