Deluxe Anal Douche

We are going to talk about cleaning out your back door today. Yes it’s that area we all say we have to get to and never do. Next thing we know things get backed up and when you go in…well it is a really mess. So better to be prepared and do the occasional cleaning. No I am not talking about a Fall Cleaning of your house silly, I am talking about anal douching and enemas.

This subject remains quite taboo but chances are you have had one before a medical exam or you are already familiar with it through medical or BDSM play. I’ll discuss how to have/give a douche and tell you about different methods of going about about it. Then we’ll take a closer look at one specific method with the Deluxe Anal Douche graciously sent to me by Babeland for an honest review.

But before let’s take a quick look as to WHY you would want an enema in the first place.  The first general one is cleanliness and health: many believe a colonic cleansing removes feces and toxins from the colon and make you healthier. The fact is there is no medical documentation to support this statement but the monthly cleansing enema is not harmful either. The second group who practices anal douching do it for sexual stimulation, and that group can be subdivided into: hygiene before anal play, medical fetish, sexually stimulated by the feeling of fullness, humiliation and masochistic play. If enemas are your shtick you’ll find out what group you belong to when exploring because until you try it once you don’t know how it would feel. One can find it relaxing while another might find it painful. It’s a very personal thing. I am not into it and I am not into giving it so much (although curious) but I certainly wish I had done it in the beginning because I have come across anal play scenes that suddenly were very unpleasant.

 

So how do you administer an anal douche? It may seem daunting but in reality it is quite easy. You will need a comfortable spot, an enema bag or kit, water based lubricant, water, a place to hang the enema bag and a toilet. You might want gloves, soap , bleach and a partner. The most comfortable positions are lying on your side, lying on your back or doggie style. Fill your bagbulb with warm water (not hot or cold, around 100 F best) and if it is a bag hang it above where your body will be and open the flow a bit to get the air out, get into your position of choice, lube the nozzle and your rectum, insert into your rectum, slowly let the water enter you (if the bulb squeeze it) and stop when you feel uncomfortable, and relax. How much water you take in is not important, it is not a competition (OK for some it is). Keep it in for about 5-10 minutes. With the nozzle in you go sit on a toilet. Remove nozzle once on toilet and let the water evacuate. You may be there a while, just saying. Once you are done make sure to clean and sterilize the equipment. Let it dry completely before storing. That is it!

Equipment wise there are many different systems out on the market. You’ll find reusable bags, disposable one, tubes, nozzles, clamps, buckets (yikes!), syringes, and bulbs. The Deluxe Anal Douche shown here falls under the bulb category. Unless you are a hard core Klismaphiliac I would recommend the bulb type. The bulb is inexpensive, reusable, perfect for cleaning before anal play, easy to store, clean and much more discreet then a full kit. This kit is great because it comes with interchangeable and multiple-size nozzles and a really sturdy thick silicone bulb with a flat base so you can put down on surface without it tipping over. This is a simple kit but really top quality. The bulb holds 8 oz (250 ml) and if you like more water you can remove it, fill it up again and squeeze in some more. Depending on the person it usually takes 2 to 5 fillings. For me 1 was plenty thank you very much.

Now I bet you wonder how it feels. I had a volunteer but our schedules never matched up so I gave it a go on myself without help. Not the easiest thing to do alone but I did not need witnesses lol. I have had 3 big ones years ago before a major medical test. I had hated it and found it painful so you can imagine trying this was not on my priority list. But because I knew the content of liquid was so small I knew it would be OK. The intake was fine, I felt the water in me which was just OK, evacuating was not fun. It did not hurt but it felt like I had gas and diarrhea for a while. So for me if I were to do it again it would be for health. Doing it on a sub for anal play I would enjoy and perhaps a bit of pain infliction would not be a bad thing for my sadistic side he he he **evyl grin***.
