My first D L King
Today I went to pick up a package at the post office. I was expecting the package…but there was more in it then expect. It contained 2 copies of the hot-off-the-press 1st printed edition of D L King‘s latest book: The Melinoe Project.

One copy is going to the contest I had on my group on Fetlife….I had contacted King about it. But to my surprise she also sent me a copy of my own and personaly dedicated as well. Funny I just finished my current book today so I will be able to get right on it…expect a review!

D L King has been a contributor on Kinky Sex Link (my other website) since it very first began. We met on Fetlife a tad before and I asked her to join. At that time I did not know who she was and that she was already a published author. Not only was she happy to join but we have since then become friends. Granted we do not keep religious contact but we have definetly gone beyond casual acquaintance. So it really is an honor for me to not only have a first copy but to have it signed and have an extra note in it from my friend.

Same for Midori. I had the pleasure of meeting her last year at the Montreal Kinky Festival privately. So I called upon her to help out with a donation for the contest and she as well sent 2 books to me, autographed,….one for me to keep. Make sure to chek out her up coming classes in Toronto and Ottawa.

I am expecting 1 more autographed book for my contest…hopefully it will get here soon. This time I have not met the author, but was obtained by a co-leader. I doubt I will get my own copy of this one…which would have ben a great treat. The book I am expecting is Jay Wiseman’s Erotic Bondage Handbook. His other famous success is SM 101.
